為推動中國政治社會學研究，促進芝加哥大學與中國人民大學和其他中國學術機構之間，以及國内外學者之間的學術交流，由芝加哥大學北京中心與中國人民大學社會學系主辦，中國人民大學社會轉型與社會治理協同創新中心協辦的“中國政治社會學講習班”今年舉行第五屆，主題為“國家與市場”，屆時将有16位國内外學者（簡介見附件二）到講習班做學術報告（日程見附件一）。講習班招收學員并提供獎學金。現将有關事宜通知如下：
一、時間、地點
時間：2015年7月15~17日（星期三~五）。
地點：芝加哥大學北京中心（北京中關村大街59号，中國人民大學文化大廈第20層）。
二、學員
（1）拟招80人。主要面向國内高校和科研機構中有志于從事政治社會學研究的教師、研究人員和研究生，同時招收部分境外學員。
（2）主要根據研究基礎和專業興趣等條件對申請人進行遴選，同時考慮地區和機構分布等因素。
三、獎學金
（1）獎學金形式為免費提供7月14~17日共四天的住宿。
（2）獎學金名額為30人左右，優先考慮經濟條件不足的年輕科研人員和在校研究生。原則上不向北京地區的學員提供獎學金。
（3）獎學金名額不可轉讓。因故不能參加講習班的獎學金學員應提前通知講習班。未及時通知而緻獎學金浪費者将在一定範圍内通報，并永久取消其申請本講習班的資格。
四、講習方式
（1）講習班将采取學術報告與學員讨論相結合的方式進行。
（2）凡用英文講習的環節，均提供英語同步傳譯。
（3）學員應參加所有講習活動，不得無故缺席。
五、申請程序
（1）所有聽課人員均須通過申請程序取得學員資格，有特殊情況者可申請旁聽證。未取得學員或旁聽資格者謝絕入内聽課。
（2）申請自本啟事發布之時開始，5月20日24時截止，以收到郵件的時間為準。遴選結果最遲于2015年6月5日24時前通知所有申請人。
（3）每位申請人需向講習班提供以下三種材料：（A）報名表；（B）個人簡曆；（C）研究計劃。三種材料請分别用三個文件發送到講習班電子郵箱smwkshop@gmail.com，并分别在郵件主題中注明“XXX報名”、“XXX簡曆”、“XXX研究計劃”，其中“XXX”為申請人姓名。
（4）需要獎學金的學員請填寫“獎學金申請表”，一并發送至smwkshop@gmail.com，并在郵件主題中注明“XXX獎學金申請”。
（5）“報名表”和“獎學金申請表”請到“社會學視野”網（）下載。
（6）旁聽證的申請從2015年6月6日24時開始，6月25日24時結束。有關通知屆時發出。
